Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability. Prices for luggage storage start at EUR 5. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Rue de France 1 bdr apt with Parking in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

台股盤中─蘋概三王領攻站上11000點 低基期5G、光纖、蘋概股值得留意
: 美股上周五大漲，台股今 (4) 日一開盤就站上 11000 點，指數開高走高，盤中大漲百點，由蘋概三王台積電 (2330-TW)、大立光 (3008-TW)、鴻海 (2317-TW) 領攻，被動元件股、LED 股及具題材的中小型股都是強勢族群，法人認為，低基期的光纖、5G 及蘋概股值得留意。
美股上周五收高，道瓊工業指數收高 219.37 點，以 24635.21 點作收；Nasdaq 指數收高 112.22 點，收在 7554.33 點；S&P 500 指數收高 29.35 點，以 2734.62 點作收；費城半導體指數收高 32.31 點，以 1411.31 點作收；台股早盤以 11002.15 點開出，上漲 53.07 點，一舉突破 11000 點關卡。
台股開高走高，盤面上，權值股、中小型股走揚，台積電股東會將登場，董事長張忠謀將退休，在營運看好下，股價今日開高，盤中漲幅 2%；股王大立光開高走高衝達 4430 元，創今年高點；鴻海也是上漲攻勢。
蘋概三王齊揚，蘋果開發者大會將登場，在蘋果股價創高，這一波走弱的蘋概股有機會表現；被動元件股仍是強勢指標，國巨上漲，鈞寶、智寶盤中亮燈漲停；LED 股走揚，光磊、榮創，億光等股上漲。
低價股的中環及錸德漲勢強；網通股也有表現，光纖的光環、華星光上漲，5G 題材的智易；印刷電路板的嘉聯益；觸控雙雄 TPK-KY(3673-TW)、GIS-KY(6456-TW)、DRAM 的華邦電等股齊揚；電子股之外，各類股也是齊漲攻勢，指數盤中衝達 11077.21 點，上漲 128.13 點。
證券分析師張陳浩指出，大盤攻上 11000 點後將面臨 3 月間的套牢量，在站穩 11000 點之後要往上突破 11200 點並不是那麼容易，後市可以留意包括光纖、5G 及蘋概股的表現，尤其是低基期，經過整理的股票。
華南永晶投顧董事長儲祥生指出，美股上周五大漲，外資轉買，推升台股今日走揚，外資的動向仍將牽動大盤後市表現，以今年外資賣超達 1500 億元，台股指數仍維持在 11000 點來看，本土資金的信心強，目前距前高不到 200 點，有機會往上走，但外資動向仍是重要觀察指標。
